Laura has been a professional touring singer on cruises, with hotels and with folk group ‘Mia and the Moon’ for 12+ years and founded The Singers Club in 2014.
Ongoing Studies into the Estill method, Speech level singing, vocal physiology and stage craft has helped develop The Singers Club’s unique style of coaching which consistently builds the confidence and skill set of beginner and aspiring students. Laura happily caters to all ability levels, ages and welcomes absolute beginners.
During lessons, Laura teaches anatomy, warm-ups, exercises, vocal function, repertoire and then stage confidence; putting all of the skills learned into songs and performance.
Her style is relaxed yet very informative with a pure aim for a student to see results quickly – yet to enjoy the lessons enough to want to continue and for the coaching to remain a great support to your ongoing musical work and goals. Laura offers our signature club nights, studio days and various workshops alongside one to one coaching for adults and younger students.
