The Singers Club takes the responsibility of looking after your data very seriously and will do everything in our power to prevent unauthorised access to, or alteration or destruction of personal data in our possession.

We will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information. All the personal information we collect is stored securely.

Data Retention

We retain personal data specifically for the purposes for which you provided it to us. We send information out to you on related events and offers on your request and you are welcome to ask us to delete your personal information on file at any time. You can also manually opt out of any mailshots at your discretion. This will not affect your rights to rejoin at any time. 

Right of Access

Where you have provided us with your personal data you have a right to be given a copy of your personal data in accordance with section 94 of the Data Protection Act 2018, subject to certain exceptions. To request a copy of your personal data stored please email [email protected] at any time. 

Right of Rectification or Erasure

Coaches listed on our website 

 

Individuals or partner companies listed on www.thesingersclub.com are not an employee or representative of The Singers Club. We will pass on your information only with your permission to a coach you may select, however individual coaches are not the responsibility of The Singers Club and so it is your responsibility to find out how your data is used by listed coaches and make sure you are happy with their policies when embarking on lessons. If you do have any concerns about how a listed coach or partner is using your personal data then you can confidentially email [email protected] at any time.
