Who is this programme for?

Recommended for adults and teens age 12+
A comprehensive curriculum, for those seeking to learn vocal technique, explore singing projects and build their confidence in singing.
There is no requirement throughout the programme to read sheet music.
Teachers are supported to run in-house at their own pace, without external moderators or formal examiners.
Student progression is marked with 10 milestone modules with the support of the booklet material for adult students to progress and build confidence in their own artistry and skill set.
There is no repertoire list so students and teachers can use unlimited song choices.
The curriculum is offered as a resource which covers a pop/rock commercial vocal style.

About the Author

Laura Ratcliffe was born into a family of bluegrass musicians. Her father played with Dolly Parton and mother was a folk songwriter. Laura and her sister were singing in harmony from a young age touring around festivals and after 7 years singing on cruise ships, Laura and her sister professionally formed ‘Mia and the Moon’. Nominated ‘Best Folk and Country Act’ at the UMA’s London in 2017, Mia and the Moon have two studio albums released and received yeses from all judges on XFactor 2012. Laura founded The Singers Club in Leicester in 2013, supporting aspiring adult and teenage singers and has since opened a sister school in Luxembourg. The Singers Club became an accredited CPD course provider in 2023.
